Owner comments +
We bought Kagu in Liverpool in August 2014.
She was built in Liverpool and the previous owner launched her and hauled out for maintenance most years and was used locally for the 12 years they owned her.
We sailed her as a family with a 6 month old daughter, from Liverpool through the Minai Straights, across the Irish Sea and then the English channel to France stopping in October in Ile d'Oleron near La Rochelle.
Having missed our chance at the Atlantic Crossing we returned to New Zealand, leaving Kagu on the hard in Ile d'Oleron for 18 months.
Since we are back we have been doing some maintenance to her (antifoul, re-varnishing of the beams and deck ect..) before sailing her to Bordeaux and taking her through the Canals where we have a long term cheap bankside mooring (350euros a year) for her.
The reason of sale is that we have bought a house in the Pyrenees.
All the pictures have been taken this summer.
