Wharam Pahi built in South Africa launched in the 90's. Has been rebuilt to be monococque with a rigid bridge deck consisting of a bridge deck cabin and a cockpit with wheel steering, generous deck lockers and an outboard motor well. The space abaft the cockpit is fitted with teak slatted decking
Hulls and decks +
Hulls and decks are constucted from Selign Karie marine plywood on Meranti srinkerand framing with epoxy glue and non ferrous fastenings. The exterior is sheathed in with glass fibrefabric and epoxy resin on both keels and all deck surfaces. The cross beams are laminated from softwood with phenolic resin glue and sheathed with epoxy and glass.
Rig and Rigging +
Rigged as a bermudan cutter
Mast is a slver anodised extrusion, the boom is a wooden wishbone.
Standing rigging is stainless steel hove down to stainless steel chainplates by stainless steel bottlescrews
Rigging renewed last in 2016/7.

Dollys Pride was built in South Africa and sailed via Brazil and the Caribbean to the UK where the owner lived on her for several years until I purchasd her in 2002.
I have sailed primarily locally with occ crooss channnel trips.
